Kolbys First Haircut

December 30th, 2010 my little cutie patootie got his first haircut! In the last two years since he was born it has gotten very curly and reached past his nose. I had many comments about getting it cut so he could see but he didn't seem to mind it. I'm afraid now that it's been cut that it will grow in brown like his brothers did. But alas the time has come! He did very well considering it was his first experience with this. We did have to keep giving him lollypops to keep him still! He really didn't like the clippers around his ears though, you can tell by that last picture.

Christmas 2010

We had a great Christmas this year. The kids got a bunch of awesome gifts and it's always nice to see the family members who aren't near us. Thanks to Steve & Lisa, Tommy & Bonnie, Nicole & Robbie and my parents for getting so much for the kids.

Meeting Sana Clause

Santa came to our church on Sunday in a helicopter! He brought Mrs. Clause, Frosty, Rudolph and some elves. An elf, who looked suspiciously like our Pastor, said " No. I'm his cousin!" The kids loved seeing the helicopters. Kolby pointed and said, "WOW!" Kaden told Santa what he wants for Christmas and everyone gave him a hug. Then we watched them fly all away. Kolby said, " bye bye!" Afterward we went to the playground for a while.

A Night of Holiday Magic

Every year North Richland Hills has an event called Night of Holiday Magic. We all love going to see the tree lighting and the fireworks. They have a Snow Hill and picture with Santa as well as a giant tent with tables of crafts for the kids. They can write a letter to Santa, make a bracelet, and a button. Get a tattoo and reindeer antlers. They also have a fire pit to roast marshmallows! Kiely, Kaden, and Tabitha had a great time. Justin and Kolby were cold ( it was about 50*!) but the fire was warm and the marshmallows were tasty!

ARRRGH MATEY!

We went to Logan's birthday party a couple of weeks ago and as you can see it was pirate themed. Michelle is so awesome she got costuems for all the kids and Stephen built a "ship". They even had some buried treasure! We ate pirate pizza and had a blast!
